Jotform is one of the most flexible form builders around. It can collect almost anything: applications, intake, payments, surveys. The catch for an agent is that a form ends when someone hits submit, and a lead is really just getting started at that moment.
| Lead Collector | Jotform | |
|---|---|---|
| Core job | Capture and work leads | Build flexible forms |
| After submit | Lead lands in a pipeline | Response lands in a table or email |
| Follow-up tools | Call and email in one click | Not the point of the tool |
| Pricing | $50 first month, then $95/mo | Free tier, then submission-based plans |
You mostly need forms: intake, applications, event sign-ups, one-off data collection with logic and file uploads. It is excellent at exactly that, and the free tier may be all you need.
Your forms are really leads, and they keep going cold in an inbox. You want one page plus a pipeline that tells you who is new, who you are working, and who closed, with follow-up built in.
